WHO ARE WE

The work we do empowers and inspires other small businesses to join us in the fight to unify and beautify our city.

Founded in 2014, Irving Development materialized out of a need and desire to revitalize the public areas in and around the city with impressive structures and diverse artwork. As a black-owned business headquartered in Washington, DC, we understood the history and culture of our beloved city. We chose to maintain its integrity and be a part of the process to retain our footprint instead of watching from the sidelines.

There are so many untapped and unsupported artists deserving of a platform to showcase their unique work. So, we created the vehicle to make it happen using our passion and expertise as Washington, DC natives. Coupled with our real estate development services, we advocate for the growth and betterment of our city.
